Yoga 101 (4 Week Training)

Reshape your mind & body. Learn the basics of Yoga in 4 weeks.

The aim of this class series is to help individuals gain confidence on and off the mat, and find that ever elusive state of inner peace and tranquility. In order for benefit to be achieved and maintained one must learn to practice often, with dedication, focus, and determination.

In this class series we aim to give each person the essential tools needed to begin building this kind of steady practice and to inspire positive changes in their lives.

In this 4 week series you will learn:
- psycho-physical exercises that help prepare the body for Yoga postures
- how to practice safe alignment in a variety of standing and seated Yoga postures- breathing exercises that improve cognitive functioning
- simple strategies that help settle the mind for meditation
- a deeper understanding of mindfulness
...and likely a whole lot more, because each session will help you get a little bit closer to your own inner wisdom, your own Truth.
