Chair Yoga Classes

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Join certified yoga instructor, Jessica Closson, as she guides participants through yoga poses and movements.

Funding for the series of 12 Chair Yoga classes has been provided by the National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health.

Registration is Required
Registration for each will open two weeks prior.
